Tuition is a flat monthly rate and reserves your child's space in the program. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and is payable through Brightwheel. An invoice will be sent before the due date.
Payments received after the 1st are subject to a $50 late fee. If payment has not been received by the 5th of the month, your child may not attend until the account is brought current. Repeated late payments may result in termination of enrollment.
A non-refundable annual enrollment/registration fee of $200 per child is due upon enrollment and each year thereafter to maintain enrollment. This fee helps cover administrative costs, enrollment processing, Brightwheel setup, classroom materials, and other expenses associated with preparing for each school year. Families with multiple enrolled children will pay a maximum annual enrollment fee of $350 per family.
Tuition is reviewed annually. Families will receive at least 30 days' notice of any tuition increase before new rates take effect.
Tuition is based on enrollment rather than attendance. Tuition is not reduced or refunded for holidays, scheduled closures, weather-related closures, illness, vacations or other absences.
Please notify us if your child will be absent. Tuition remains the same regardless of attendance, as your child's space is reserved exclusively for them.
If your family chooses to withdraw from the program, we require 30 days' written notice. If less than 30 days' notice is provided, tuition for the remainder of the 30-day notice period is still due.
Should Admiral Cove Childcare need to update policies or procedures, families will be notified in advance whenever possible.
